It takes a few clear steps: 1) choose a plot and reserve it with the reservation form and booking fee; 2) visit the site with our team; 3) pay your deposit (from the minimum deposit of the price); 4) complete your documents (ID and contact details); 5) agree a payment plan for the balance, and we will remind you before each payment date; 6) when the plot is fully paid, you receive your title documents.

A reserved plot is held for you for the agreed period. If the deposit has not been paid by then, the plot may be released and offered to other buyers, so please pay or speak to us before the time runs out.

Yes — a site visit is free and welcome before you decide. Book it from any plot page or from the Contact page and we will confirm a time with you.

Plot status on this website updates as plots are reserved and sold. “Reserved” means someone has reserved or put down a deposit on it. Because plots can be reserved at any moment, we always confirm availability with you before you pay.

The booking fee is the booking fee. It is paid when you reserve a plot, it is separate from the plot price, and it is non-refundable.

The minimum deposit is the minimum deposit of the plot price. Use the payment calculator on a plot page to see what a deposit and monthly payments could look like.

Yes. After the deposit, the balance can be paid in instalments over a period we agree with you in writing. The calculator on each plot page is only an estimate; your actual schedule is confirmed by our team.

We give you Imarah’s official payment details in writing, and every payment is recorded and receipted. We never ask you to pay through this website, and you should never pay cash to an individual or to an account you were not given officially. If you are unsure, contact us before you pay.

A valid ID (for example your NIDA ID), your phone number and address, and next-of-kin details. We will tell you if anything else is needed for your purchase.

Once the plot has been paid for in full, you receive the documents for your plot. Each plot page shows what we publish about the plot’s title status; ask us for the details of the specific plot you are interested in.
