We work hard to keep the information on this website accurate, but plot details, prices, sizes, photographs, maps and availability are provided for general information and may change without notice. Plots can be reserved or sold at any time, so please confirm availability with us before you decide.

2. Nothing here is a binding offer

Nothing on this website is an offer or a contract. A plot is reserved or sold to you only after you complete our reservation process, sign the reservation form and sales agreement, and pay the amounts due. The booking fee, minimum deposit, hold period and payment plan shown on this website are indicative; the terms in the documents you sign are the ones that apply.

3. Prices and payments

• Prices are shown in the currency displayed next to them.
• The payment plan calculator gives an estimate only. Your agreed schedule is confirmed in writing by our team.
• We never ask you to pay through this website. Pay only to Imarah’s official accounts, as confirmed to you in writing by our staff, and keep your receipt. If you are unsure, contact us before you pay.

4. Locations, boundaries and photographs

Map positions and photographs are indicative. The exact boundaries, size and title of a plot are confirmed during a site visit and in the documents you receive.

5. Enquiries you send us

When you send a form you confirm that the details you give are correct and that you agree we may contact you about your enquiry, as described in our Privacy Policy.

6. Our content

The text, photographs, logo and design on this website belong to Imarah or its licensors. You may view and share pages for your own personal use, but you may not copy or reuse them commercially without our written permission.

7. Acceptable use

Please do not misuse the website: do not use it unlawfully, send false or abusive enquiries, try to disrupt or gain unauthorised access to it, or collect its content automatically in bulk.

8. Third-party services and links

The website uses or links to services we do not control (such as maps and WhatsApp). We are not responsible for their content or practices.
